These are ideal if you are moving into or out of a standard property constructed from conventional building materials and in a reasonable condition. It incorporates a clear rating of the state of various parts of the building, services, outbuildings and garages, a summary of risks to the building’s state, and other matters of importance to your legal advisers, such as planning or building control issues. It doesn’t typically include a valuation.
